Northwest of Sundsvall's city centre, the area around the former Folkets park is being developed. Approximately 150 new apartments are planned on a property near the university and hospital. The detailed plan proposes multi-dwelling buildings in two different versions within the planning area. The buildings are proposed as point blocks with taller buildings at the rear of the planning area on the edge of northern Stadsberget and slightly lower buildings on the lower parts of the plot facing the street. The buildings are arranged in two rows with a proposed height of up to 14 floors for building A and up to 12 floors for buildings B and C.
